I started my small home bakery last year. Icinginks have been really helpful. I now know two people from their tech support team and they just help me out with every small thing. I am using almost all their products and I must say my favorites are the edible papers. They are amazing to work with. Thanks, guys!

I don't have time to follow up on things overcall. It's just too old-fashioned. Icinginks kept it smooth and professional over mails, just the way I like it. It's so much more convenient, especially given the pandemic scenario. It took some time to settle down the printer. They guide you with whatever you ask. With the right settings, the machine works fine. Their silicon molds are really good by the way.

Ok so I have been buying ink refills and cartridges from these guys for years and last year I needed a new edible ink printer. My last one just crashed on me suddenly. I saw some negs so I was unsure at first. But then I talked to them before actually ordering. They were very professional with detailed emails and stuff. Absolutely smooth experience from buying to install. I keep cleaning the printer and following all I can do to keep the printer healthy like the Bible. And so far I am loving the printer. Thanks!

I had a Canon printer this company has very poor customer service i bought printer in 2019 and was told i now need a new printer they would rather email instead of talking or calling back.i have purchachased a new printer from icing Images which they tried to help me with icing inks printer lol i recommend to not buy from this company 2 years and printer is now trash ii will be sharing on all my social media sites as well

I bought a Ink and Printer, both are in condition and works well. If any query related to materials, they respond soon. Good Service.

Thank you so much for guys, they always respond to my emails when I faced any issue. I refilled my inks but nothing comes out I reached them by Email and they helped me fixed it.

I ordered ink cartridges for my printer, I put the model number and name in the website, and was sent the wrong cartridges. I reached out to customer service, and was told to make a video, then I was told I ordered the wrong product and it was my fault. DO NOT ORDER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THEN TOLD ME TO WRITE A REVIEW, THEY DIDN'T CARE!

I purchased one of your canon printers in November 2020. It came with ink, cleaning supplies and wafer paper. I am not in the least impressed with the printer or paper. I prefer the icing sheets but this printer just spits them out with out printing on them. When I send the picture to be printed from my computer, the colors are no where near the picture. I can provide photos if needed. I followed all directions to a t and the results were still a disaster. This has happened on Every occasion that I have used this printer. So disappointed

Icinginks edible frosting sheets are awesome! I ordered this product to prepare cupcake toppers and Oreos for a birthday party. Absolutely loved it over others I have tried. Very nice quality, easy to peel off and easy to print (not super fragile like others I have tried). Thanks, Icinginks! This is definitely my favorite brand from now on!

I needed a special size for my frosting sheet. I ordered a wrong size at the beginning but Icinginks help me to correct it right away and the quality was amazing. I will definitely order from them again for their amazing service.
